JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

Cleaning Crew Duties: Cleaning newly built homes after construction; newly built commercial buildings and model homes.  Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, kitchens, dusting, etc

Window Cleaning Duties: Clean windows using professional tools (mop, squeegee, scraper) in newly built homes, commercial buildings and small to mid size office buildings

Pressure Washing Duties:  Use high powered truck mounted pressure washing systems to clean mud, paint and drywall from concrete at newly built homes and buildings.  Includes basements, garages, driveways porches and sidewalks.  Will also on occasion use same systems to clean siding exteriors of  occupied homes and buildings

Litter Patrol Duties: Litter Patrol consists of driving to parking lots around town and removing trash from around edges and landscaping at office buildings and disposing of.
